The Level 7 NVQ in Management is a cross-sector qualification.
This means that this qualification will be taken by people who are responsible for the control of activities and work output of other managers across a wide variety of areas, including NHS trusts, educational institutions, government departments and the private sector.
Level 7 learners can expect to be working in a management and leadership role.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification but learners should have ideally achieved qualifications in a related area at Level 5 or 6.
However this qualification can be accessed by candidates without such a qualification who have significant vocational experience ideally in a supervisory or management role.
ASSESSMENT METHODS
There are no formal examinations students need to sit and learning and achievement is assessed based on
portfolio building. The main decision will be made based on your course attendance, skills, knowledge, competence and performance in a real work environment.
