Complete the Eynsford College application form which you can download here.
- Send a scanned copy of a signed and dated application form along with the following documents:
- Passport copy
- Photograph (Passport size)
- Academic qualifications (If not in English, translated and certified).
- Proof of English Language ability (Tier 4 applicants only - see the list of UKBA approved English Tests here )
- Signed and Dated College Terms & Conditions and Refunds Policy

Once we received your documents, we will send you a Conditional Letter of
Acceptance and the invoice for the total amount payable.
You can make a payment by bank transfer, cheque, credit card or banker's
draft.
As soon as we receive the payment, we will send you a Visa Letter giving details of your course, the total amount of course fees, the amount paid and a balance remaining. CAS number will be assigned and noted on the visa letter.
To apply for a student visa, you need to ensure that you meet all of the current UK Border Agency requirements. Please visit www.ukvisas.gov.uk for the latest UKBA information.
After obtaining your visa and making arrangements for travelling to the UK, please inform the College regarding your visa status and your arrival date.
Please carry your Eynsford College Enrolment (visa) Letter and other documents (such as proof of the financial means available to you, e.g. bank statements or sponsorship letter) with you when you travel, as you may need to show these to an immigration officer.
Once you arrive in the UK, you need to come to the College as soon as possible and complete your registration. You will get an Eynsford College student ID card and if you are enrolled on a course with duration of 14 weeks (3,5 months) or more, you will be entitled to apply for a Student discount Oyster Card for travelling on public transport which gives a 30% discount.
