Eynsford College's popular Business English course has now been extended to include courses offered under the auspices of the Institute of Commercial Management. The ICM is the top professional body that provides courses for those who wish to pursue a career in commercial and business management. Its courses also help those who have already embarked on such a career to improve their promotion prospects.
The Business Studies programme provides a thorough grounding in all of the major business functions, which can be applied in any branch of business. The Travel, Tourism & Business Studies and the Hospitality Management programmes are specifically tailored to the conceptual and practical needs of those who wish to pursue a career in the fast-growing travel, tourism and hospitality industry.
These internationally recognised courses are modular in structure. The modules present the major elements in modern business practice and are grouped in three parts: Part 1 (Certificate), Part 2 (Diploma) and Part 3 (Advanced Diploma). Students progress systematically from one Part to the next, gradually acquiring a comprehensive knowledge of the discipline in question. By the time they complete their studies, students will have mastered skills that open the door to many employment possibilities or managerial career enhancements. The knowledge gained may also be used as a basis for pursuing a higher education.
The successful completion of each Part is the entry requirement for the next Part in the series. The courses offered are:
- Business Studies
- Travel, Tourism and Business Studies
- Hospitality Management
- Professional Computing & Information Processing
