Eynsford College is UKBA registered Tier 4 (A Rated) sponsor.

Visa nationals willing to apply for a student visa need to submit a visa letter from the College to the British High Commission and only visa letters from the educational institution registered with UKBA are considered for visa purposes.
EU citizens do not need the visa to come to and study in the UK.

Student Visitor Visa

This visa is different from the "visitor visa" (which does not give the right to study in the UK).

The student visitor visa is for students who want to study in the UK for upto 9 months and do not want to work in the UK.

Student visitor visa can be applied for at the British High Commission in student's home country. This visa gives the right to study in the UK but does not allow the students to work.

Those who do not speak English or whose level is lower than intermediate (B1) level, can apply for this visa. (Note that the minimum level of English required to apply for general student visa is B1 (intermediate level).

Visa nationals have to apply for an entry clearance before travelling to the UK.

Nationals of certain countries such as Japan, Mexico, Brazil, and Korea can apply for the entry clearance at the airport on arrival in the UK. Please check with your local British High Commission.

Student visitor visa can not be extended in the UK.

General Student Visa

Students wanting to study full-time and work up to 10 hrs per week & satisfying English Language requirements can apply for this visa.
This visa requires the students to study full-time for 15 hrs per week.
General student visa can be extended in the UK.
Students on a general student visa can study up to three years below degree level. After this period they have to progress to a higher level course.

In order to apply for a general student visa, student's level of English should at least be at intermediate (B1) level of CEFR.
